If you cancel a paid subscription, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. After that, we stop charging you and your paid access is disabled.
Except as stated in the Refunds section, you will not receive a refund for the current or any prior billing period.
Upgrades
If you upgrade, you will be charged a prorated amount based on the remaining duration of your current billing cycle. The upgraded plan becomes active immediately.
Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your subscription, the downgrade will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan and features will remain active until that time.
You will not receive a refund or prorated credit for any unused time on your current plan as a result of a downgrade.

For monthly and quarterly subscriptions, no processing fees are deducted.
How to request a refund

The Service may allow you to connect to, import from, export to, sync with, or otherwise interact with third-party platforms, marketplaces, and services (Third-Party Platforms).
Crosslist is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any Third-Party Platform unless explicitly stated.
You acknowledge and agree that:
Your relationship with each Third-Party Platform is governed solely by your agreement(s) with that Third-Party Platform, and you are responsible for complying with their terms, policies, rules, fees, and applicable law.
Third-Party Platforms may change their systems, rules, technical requirements, APIs, listing flows, access methods, and enforcement practices at any time. These changes may affect the Service, an integration, or whether a feature remains available.
Crosslist does not guarantee that any listing, update, import, export, sync, or other action initiated through the Service will be accepted, processed, displayed, or remain available on any Third-Party Platform.
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying your listings and account settings before and after actions are taken through the Service.
Crosslist is not liable for actions taken by Third-Party Platforms, including delisting, reduced visibility, account limitations, suspensions, bans, fee assessments, penalties, or other enforcement decisions.
You can revoke Crosslist’s access to a Third-Party Platform at any time by disconnecting the integration within the Service, uninstalling or disabling any Crosslist browser extension used to access that platform, logging out of the connected account, or by revoking Crosslist’s permissions directly within the Third-Party Platform’s account or security settings where available. The exact steps may vary by platform.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
Use the Service for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
Violate Third-Party Platform terms or policies using the Service.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code or underlying ideas of the Service, except where prohibited by law.
Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including by bypassing rate limits or access controls.
Access the Service to build a competing product or service.
Share, resell, or provide your account access to others except as explicitly permitted by your plan.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Support
The Service includes access to chat support.
Chat support
Chat support is available on both https://crosslist.com and https://app.crosslist.com. Support requests are handled through chat and are AI-assisted by default. If you need a human, you can request a human in the chat at any time.
Some chat features and support options may be available only within the application at https://app.crosslist.com.
Email support
We do not generally provide support by email. In limited cases, we may contact you by email and ask you to reply to that email thread so we can continue handling the request.
For exceptional support situations, you may reach us at support@crosslist.com. Business inquiries should be sent to hello@crosslist.com.
Response times
We use reasonable efforts to respond within three business days for human support, but response times may vary based on volume, request complexity, and holidays.
Availability, changes and accuracy
We are constantly improving the Service. Features, integrations, and pricing may change, and some features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times, uninterrupted, or error-free.
Payment disputes and chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Service while we investigate and respond.
We may retain account records as reasonably necessary to respond to the dispute, comply with legal obligations, and enforce these Terms.
If amounts remain unpaid and are not subject to a good-faith dispute, we reserve the right to pursue collection where permitted by law, including through third-party providers.

Customer consent and permissions
You grant Crosslist a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable, transferable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, create derivative works from, transmit, distribute, and display any content or data you upload, import, submit, or generate through the Service, including listing content, images, descriptions, pricing, inventory data, and related information (Customer Content), for the purposes of operating, providing, maintaining, securing, supporting, and improving the Service, developing new features and services, preventing fraud and abuse, enforcing these Terms, and complying with legal obligations.
You authorize Crosslist to share Customer Content with our service providers and subprocessors as necessary to provide the Service (for example, hosting providers, analytics and logging providers, customer support tools, and payment and infrastructure providers), subject to our Privacy Policy.
You acknowledge that Crosslist may generate, store, and retain technical logs, metadata, and records related to your use of the Service (including timestamps, system identifiers, sync status, error logs, audit trails, and billing and subscription records). These records may be retained after cancellation or deletion of listing content where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, and operational continuity.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights, permissions, and authority necessary to grant the above rights and that Customer Content does not violate any third-party rights, Third-Party Platform terms, or applicable law.
To the extent permitted by law, you waive any moral rights or similar rights you may have in Customer Content, or agree not to assert them against Crosslist or our service providers.
This license survives termination of your account to the extent Customer Content or related records are retained in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Deletion after cancellation
For storage and operational reasons, we delete your listing content and related listing data 30 days after cancellation.
We may retain basic account information after cancellation, such as your user profile details, subscription and billing history, and other records reasonably necessary for legitimate business purposes, including customer support, security, fraud prevention, analytics, legal compliance, and marketing communications in accordance with your preferences and applicable law.
Intellectual property rights
Unless otherwise indicated, the Service and all related source code, databases, functionality, software, designs, text, images, audio, video, and graphics (Content), as well as the trademarks, service marks, and logos displayed through the Service (Marks), are owned by or licensed to Crosslist and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Crosslist name and logo are trademarks of Crosslist BV. Crosslist maintains trademark registrations and applications in multiple jurisdictions.
Except as expressly permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, encode, translate, transmit, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit the Service, Content, or Marks for any commercial purpose without our prior written permission.
Suspension and termination
We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Abusive, harassing, or excessively rude behavior toward our staff or community.
Threatening or initiating chargebacks, submitting fraudulent claims, or acting in bad faith.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases. No refunds will be provided for the current billing cycle if termination results from these actions.
Disclaimers
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.
Crosslist does not warrant that:
The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location.
Any errors or defects will be corrected.
The Service is free of viruses or harmful components.
The results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Your use of the Service will not result in account limitations, suspensions, or bans on any Third-Party Platform
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosslist and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, business interruption, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosslist’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Crosslist for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crosslist, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service.
Your listings, content, inventory, products, or customer communications.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party terms (including Third-Party Platform terms) or applicable law.
Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Service.
Links to other websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Crosslist.
Crosslist has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Crosslist is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services.
Force majeure
Crosslist will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of telecommunications networks, third-party platform outages, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, and governmental actions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree that the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
Affiliate program
If you participate in the Crosslist affiliate program, your participation is governed by our Affiliate Program Terms of Service.
The Affiliate Program Terms of Service form a separate agreement and are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Affiliate Program Terms prevail with respect to affiliate participation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crosslist’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall not exceed the amounts paid by you to Crosslist for the Service in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and course of performance.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Crosslist, its directors, employees, contractors, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:
Your use of the Service.
Your listings, content, inventory, products, or customer communications.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of any third-party terms (including Third-Party Platform terms) or applicable law.
Any dispute between you and a third party arising from your use of the Service.
Links to other websites
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Crosslist.
Crosslist has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Crosslist is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on such content, goods, or services.
Force majeure
Crosslist will not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including outages of telecommunications networks, third-party platform outages, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, and governmental actions.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
You agree that the courts of Kortrijk, Belgium have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
Changes to these Terms
We may modify these Terms at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service.
Affiliate program
If you participate in the Crosslist affiliate program, your participation is governed by our Affiliate Program Terms of Service.
The Affiliate Program Terms of Service form a separate agreement and are incorporated by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Affiliate Program Terms prevail with respect to affiliate participation.
